How it works

How does the process work?

The process is the same for every route. What changes is the evidence your file needs.

  1. Tell us where you stand

A WhatsApp message, a call, or a visit to an office in Bhavnagar or Ahmedabad. Bring whatever you have, even a refusal letter.

    Start with this step →
  2. Get an honest verdict

We assess your eligibility against the destination’s published rules, and say plainly if a route isn’t realistic yet.

  3. We build the file

Forms, evidence and the submission letter, prepared and checked against the standard the visa officer actually applies.

  4. RCIC review before filing

Every file passes a licensed consultant’s compliance review before it goes anywhere. The licence on the line is his.

What it costs

Honesty before any spend
If a route isn’t realistic, you hear it before you’ve spent anything on government fees. That is cheaper for everyone than a refused application.
A fee quoted before we begin
Your professional fee is agreed up front, for the work your route actually needs.
No guarantees for sale
The decision belongs to a visa officer. Anyone charging you for a “100% guarantee” is selling something no one can deliver.

Our promise

Why choose a licensed consultant?

Facts over fear. Law over luck. Every country runs on a published rulebook, and we build your application against it, not against what worked for someone else’s cousin.

RCIC-authorized representation
Licensed by the CICC to represent your case legally before the Canadian government. You can verify that on the public register.
We argue the case
Legal Submission Letters that prove your eligibility under immigration law, written for the officer who will decide your case.
Reviewed before it is filed
An RCIC review for compliance before submission, because government timelines are fixed but a returned file costs months.

If we mess up, we lose our licence. Unauthorized agents have nothing to lose.

Frequently asked

The questions we get asked most

What does “RCIC-authorized” actually mean?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to represent clients before the Canadian government. Our founder Jay Sharma holds licence R710507 in good standing, and you can confirm that yourself on the CICC public register. An unlicensed agent cannot legally represent you, and carries no accountability if your file goes wrong.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No one can. The decision belongs to a visa officer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is worth walking away from. What we control is the quality of the file: eligibility assessed honestly before you spend money, documents checked against the specific standard for your destination, and a submission that answers the officer’s likely objections before they are raised.

Which countries do you handle?

Canada is our specialism, because that is where our licence sits. Beyond that we handle study, work, visitor and PR routes across 40+ countries, including the UK, USA, Schengen, Australia, Japan, Singapore and the UAE. Every strategy is checked against that destination’s own published rules.

I have already been refused. Is that the end of it?

Usually not. For most temporary routes there is no formal appeal, but you can reapply. That reapplication is only worth filing once the specific grounds in your refusal letter have been answered with new or stronger evidence. Bring the letter to your consultation; it’s the most useful document you have.

How do we start?

A consultation. We assess your eligibility first, and say plainly if a route isn’t realistic yet. If it is, you get the document list for your specific profile and a clear scope of what we handle.
